• Drawing and Stamping Fluids - while tool life and work piece quality is number 1 priority, these fluids must meet the highest of standards for quality performance for prevention of galling, die marks, and scoring.  Our product line consists of straight oils, soluble-oils, semi-synthetics, synthetics, vanishing oils, and dry films, all of which are formulated to meet the specific need of your cold heading, roll forming, extrusion, drawing, or stamping operations
• Rust and Corrosion Inhibitors - are designed to offer short and long term, indoor and outdoor protection against oxidation for production parts in storage, in-process, or in shipment.  These products are either solvent based, soluble-oils, or synthetics and designed for your specific performance requirements
• Cutting and Grinding Fluids - because tooling costs and number of scrapped parts are under the microscope in every manufacturing facility, these formulations contain the leading technology of raw chemicals necessary to maximize efficiencies in your process.  These products are also available in straight oils, soluble-oils, semi-synthetics (micro and macro emulsions), and synthetics specifically formulated for your honing, broaching, cutting, grinding, and drilling operations
• Quenching Oils - these products are designed with high flash points, excellent oxidation stability, and high viscosity indexes providing for increased stability vapor phase, decreased cooling rate, minimal fire hazard, and higher temperature and tonnage throughput stability.  Our products have proved successful in slow, fast, medium, and marquenching operations
• Die Cast Lubricants - our release agents and plunger lubricants are uniquely designed to focus on part uniformity, reduction in porosity and defects, smooth cavity filling, and extended life of the plunger and sleeve regardless the part complexity and application method
• Welding - in either pastes, gels, or ready-to use liquids, our anti-spatter products prevent spatter build up on fixtures, jigs, tips, workpieces, and tables.  They are non-toxic, work well on a variety of substrates, help to maintain contaminant-free welds, and doesn't interfere with downstream processes
• Leak Detection - whether your application is spray or immersion, Chem Source provides our customers with economical leak testing materials often used in identifying leak prone areas such as seam welds
